You must be at least 16 years of age to operate an ATV and must sign an "assumption of risk" (waiver of liability). For safety reasons, those with a prohibitive medical condition may not participate.

We reserve the right to cancel or change tours due to inclement weather, safety reasons, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control. Refunds may be offered or tours maybe rescheduled at an alternative date.    

You are responsible for the equipment you use.
A signed credit card imprint is required to cover potential damages.
